At One Table Project, we strive to deliver your pottery promptly, safely, and cost-effectively. Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. In certain cases, UPS may be utilized when it offers a more economical option based on package size or destination.
Tracking numbers will be emailed upon order fulfillment for all packages shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping insurance is included for the purchase amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your pottery arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please email Haley at haley@onetableproject.com with the subject line “Damage/Defect” and include:
Order number
Full name
Mailing address
Description of the issue
Photograph(s) clearly showing the damage or defect
In some cases, the item may need to be returned to One Table Project. We’ll determine this on a case-by-case basis.
If a replacement is available, it will be shipped promptly. If not, it will be made and sent as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds for Undamaged & Unused Items
We are confident you will be pleased with your pottery. However, please note:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in shape, size, and color, as well as minor glaze imperfections, are to be expected.
The item you receive may differ from the photograph, contributing to the unique charm of handmade pottery.
We endeavor to match the dimensions and appearance of the pottery depicted in our photos.
If you wish to return an item:
Returns must be shipped at your expense; shipping costs are non-refundable.
The purchase price will be refunded if the pottery is unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
Please pack the item securely, preferably using the original packaging, to prevent movement within the box.
